Broccoli Chicken Potato Parmesan

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated cooked chicken strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's broccoli cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet. add potatoes. cover and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 stir in chicken and broccoli.
  • 3 mix soup, milk and garlic. add to skillet.
  • 4 sprinkle with cheese.
  • 5 heat to a boil. cover an cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
