Broccoli Chicken Potato Parmesan

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lb red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated cooked chicken strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's broccoli cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet. add potatoes. cover and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 stir in chicken and broccoli.
- 3 mix soup, milk and garlic. add to skillet.
- 4 sprinkle with cheese.
- 5 heat to a boil. cover an cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
