Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

- 2 lbs fresh broccoli florets
- 5 cups cut up cooked chicken
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
- 2 arrange cooked broccoli in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- 3 place cooked chicken over the broccoli.
- 4 in bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, curry powder, garlic salt, pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheddar cheese.
- 5 spread evenly over chicken.
- 6 sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
- 7 cover lightly with foil and bake at 350ºf for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15-20 minutes more, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
- 8 serve hot, over cooked rice, if desired.
