Brinjal Chips

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium brinjals (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups frying oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  • 2 fry brinjal slices till they turn light brown.
  • 3 remove extra oil with paper towel.
  • 4 sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
