- 4 medium brinjals (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups frying oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- 2 fry brinjal slices till they turn light brown.
- 3 remove extra oil with paper towel.
- 4 sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
