Breakfast Melon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup soft cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • fresh assorted berries

Recipe

  • 1 cut melon into slices and discard the rind.
  • 2 arrange the melon slices on a serving platter.
  • 3 in a blender, mix the yogurt, cream cheese, and honey.
  • 4 pour over melon slices.
  • 5 top with fresh assorted berries of your choice.
