Breakfast Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute (use 2 eggs, if you aren't concerned about raw eggs) or 1/4 cup pasteurized fat-free liquid egg product (use 2 eggs, if you aren't concerned about raw eggs)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2-2 cups milk (skim, low-fat, lactose-free,soy milk, or even rice milk)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (i use 3 packets of splenda) or 1 tablespoon equivalent artificial sweetener (i use 3 packets of splenda)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all until thick.
  • 2 garnish with a second dash of ground nutmeg.
