Boriqua Island Punch

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat, coarsely pureed
  • 4 ounces coconut flavored puerto rican
  • 4 ounces dark puerto rican
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 once cointreau liqueur (orange flavored liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 tamarindo juice
  • 5 -6 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 combine the coarse coconut meat puree or cream and coconut milk, with pineapple, lime, tamarindo juices along with 5 ice cubes in the electric blender and blend at high speed for a minute.
  • 2 add the 2 rums and liqueur.
  • 3 serve.
