Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat, coarsely pureed
- 4 ounces coconut flavored puerto rican
- 4 ounces dark puerto rican
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 once cointreau liqueur (orange flavored liqueur)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 tamarindo juice
- 5 -6 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 combine the coarse coconut meat puree or cream and coconut milk, with pineapple, lime, tamarindo juices along with 5 ice cubes in the electric blender and blend at high speed for a minute.
- 2 add the 2 rums and liqueur.
- 3 serve.
