Boring Meeting Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup canned pumpkin
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 preheat the oven to 375.
• 2 mix sugar, pumpkin, and shortening together.
• 3 add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. mix together.
• 4 add flour, 1 cup at a time.
• 5 drop heaping teaspoon sized balls of dough an ungreased cookie sheet.
• 6 bake approximately 10 minutes.
