Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons red (i use hearty burgundy)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute the mushrooms in butter for 4 minutes.
- 2 stir in cornstarch. blend in beef broth and cook until mixture boils.
- 3 add , lemon juice and pepper. simmer 15-20 minutes.
