Boody Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4-1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 -5 half skinless frozen plums
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • splash milk (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 add yogurt to blender.
  • 2 put hot water on plums and skin comes right off then put in blender.
  • 3 add frozen mangoes.
  • 4 add 1/2 of banana.
  • 5 add milk optional.
