- 1/4-1/2 cup yogurt
- 3 -5 half skinless frozen plums
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 of a banana
- splash milk (optional)
Recipe
- 1 add yogurt to blender.
- 2 put hot water on plums and skin comes right off then put in blender.
- 3 add frozen mangoes.
- 4 add 1/2 of banana.
- 5 add milk optional.
