Ingredients
- 6 inches whole wheat pita bread
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1 low-fat mozzarella string cheese
- 2 tablespoons hummus
Recipe
- 1 1. cut up eggs and string cheese into small pieces in small bowl, mixing well.
- 2 2. spread hummus on inside of pita.
- 3 3. spoon eggs and string cheese into pita.
