Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
- 2 cups fresh fruit
- 4 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, combine greek yogurt and 1/2 tsp powdered stevia. mix until well combined and creamy.
- 2 in separate bowl, mix ground flax seed, 1 tsp stevia and cinnamon until well combined.
- 3 in serving bowl, add yogurt mixture, top with fresh fruit of your choice. sprinkle with ground flax seed mixture.
- 4 you may also serve this in separate bowls or as a dessert in glasses.
- 5 serve chilled.
