Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
  • 2 cups fresh fruit
  • 4 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 in bowl, combine greek yogurt and 1/2 tsp powdered stevia. mix until well combined and creamy.
  • 2 in separate bowl, mix ground flax seed, 1 tsp stevia and cinnamon until well combined.
  • 3 in serving bowl, add yogurt mixture, top with fresh fruit of your choice. sprinkle with ground flax seed mixture.
  • 4 you may also serve this in separate bowls or as a dessert in glasses.
  • 5 serve chilled.
