Ingredients

- 12 ounces wide egg noodles
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 pear, diced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup prune, chopped
- 2 tablespoons smart balance butter spread
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 dish.
- 2 cook and drain noodles. place into large bowl.
- 3 add fruit and smart balance, mix well. add remaining ingredients.
- 4 spoon into prepared dish, and bake 35-45 minutes.
