Breakfast Kugel

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 12 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup prune, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons smart balance butter spread
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 dish.
  • 2 cook and drain noodles. place into large bowl.
  • 3 add fruit and smart balance, mix well. add remaining ingredients.
  • 4 spoon into prepared dish, and bake 35-45 minutes.
