- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 combine ingredients for the herb rub in a small bowl.

- 4 put the meat on a rack in baking dish and place in the oven.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes per pound, approximately, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees f. for rare, 160°f for medium and 170°f for well done.
- 6 while lamb is baking, combine white , cranberries, honey and orange juice in skillet on the stovetop and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
- 7 add butter to the sauce, blend well and pour all ingredients into a food processor and puree.
- 8 return to skillet to keep warm.
- 9 cut lamb into 1/2 " thick slices and serve with the warm glaze.

- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix (i use stovetop)

- 2 pour into 13x9x2 baking dish.
- 3 lay chicken breasts on top.
- 4 add a slice of swiss cheese on each chicken breast.

- 1 soak shrimp in bowl with milk.
- 2 in a bowl put panko bread crumbs and another bowl put corn starch. dredge the shrimp in the corn starch, then again in the milk and finally in the panko bread crumbs & set aside.
- 3 heat a large skillet to 300 degrees f. drop shrimp in and fry until golden brown. remove from oil. drain fried shrimp on paper towels.
- 4 in a large bowl combine fried shrimp with sauce until evenly coated. pile on a bed of shredded cabbage and garnish with scallions.

- 1 lb boneless lamb chop

- 2 sprinkle yeast over water and add sugar - allow to sit for 10-20 minutes.
