Brandied Mushroom Spread

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 3 cups coarsely chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 8 ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium skillet, melt the butter over med-high heat.
- 2 add in the shallots; cook, stirring, until softened, about 1 minute.
- 3 add in the mushrooms; cook, stirring, until softened, about 4 minutes.
