Brandied Mushroom Spread

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 3 cups coarsely chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium skillet, melt the butter over med-high heat.
