Easy Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • put milk, eggs, banana, apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into a blender bowl, respectively; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
