Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 3 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a small saucepan. cook over medium-low, stirring to blend well, for 5 minutes.
- 2 brush on lamb or poultry during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling time.
- 3 leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator.
