Ingredients

- 4 lbs spinach or 4 lbs kale
- 2 tablespoons vegan soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic
Recipe
- 1 slice greens into small ribbons.
- 2 bring l 1/2 cups water and soy sauce to a boil.
- 3 add garlic and simmer uncovered for approximately 1 minute.
- 4 add greens, toss to coat with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 cook until greens wilt and are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
