Braised Spinach & Garlic

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lbs spinach or 4 lbs kale
  • 2 tablespoons vegan soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic

Recipe

  • 1 slice greens into small ribbons.
  • 2 bring l 1/2 cups water and soy sauce to a boil.
  • 3 add garlic and simmer uncovered for approximately 1 minute.
  • 4 add greens, toss to coat with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 cook until greens wilt and are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
