- 1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk
- 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1 tablespoon lecithin granules
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil, or hemp seed oil
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 2 teaspoons greens powder (barlean's greens, greens plus, green magma...)
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes blend till smooth and serve cold.
