Brain Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon lecithin granules
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil, or hemp seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons greens powder (barlean's greens, greens plus, green magma...)

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes blend till smooth and serve cold.
