Ingredients

• 6 cups blueberries
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon rind, finely grated
• 2 cups marshmallow cream
• prepared pie crust

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
• 2 in a small bowl, combine fruit, flour, sugar and lemon rind.
• 3 stir to mix well.
• 4 pour into muffin pans.
• 5 crumble pie crust evenly over fruit mixture.
• 6 bake for about 50 minutes.
• 7 top with marshmallow fluff.
