Braised Radishes

Ingredients

- cooking spray
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave, minced
- 3 cups radishes (1 lb)
- 1 cup dry white
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 spray a medium saucepan with cooking spray.
- 2 heat over medium-low heat.
- 3 add onions and thyme, cook 3 minutes.
- 4 stir in radishes, cook 2 minutes, stirring.

- 7 cover, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes until radishes are tender.
