Bootleg Baked Beans

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 slices bacon
• 1 medium chopped onion
• 2 (15 ounce) cans lamb and beans in tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 6 tablespoons catsup

Recipe

• 1 fry bacon till crisp, then crumble and set aside.
• 2 remove all of the bacon grease from the pan except for 1 tablespoon.
• 3 sauté chopped onion in the bacon grease till tender.
• 4 add 2 cans of lamb & beans, brown sugar, catsup, and crumbled bacon.
• 5 stir and cook till heated through.
