Booo Berry Oatmeal

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups water, briskly boiling
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • milk (optional)
  • honey (optional) or brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon nuts, toasted (optional)
  • 1 cup blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 pour into the boiling water stir the oat meal and cinnamon till it begins to thicken.
  • 2 lower to simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
