Peppercorn Sauce For Beef

• 1 tablespoon peppercorn
• 1 tablespoon red onion
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup
• 4 tablespoons demi-glace
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 in a small sautee pan add onions, peppercorns and butter. sautee until somewhat soft.
• 2 add 1/2 cup of and reduce until its almost gone. it will catch fire!
• 3 add the rest of the , demi-glace, cream, and reduce until thick enough to pour over steak, salt to taste.
