Cream Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml cream
  • 6 tablespoons (apricot is especially nice to use in this recipe)
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar

Recipe

  • 1 separate the eggs.
  • 2 beat the cream until soft peaks form.
  • 3 stir in the (more if desired- according to taste).
  • 4 beat the 2 egg whites until stiff.
  • 5 gradually beat in the caster sugar- a little at a time.
  • 6 continue to beat until all the sugar has dissolved.
  • 7 now, beat in the egg yolks, and lastly fold in the cream!
