Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crusts or 1 9 inch chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons creme de cacao

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan; let stand 1 minute.
  • 2 cook over low heat 2 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • 3 remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
  • 4 whip cream until slightly thickened.
  • 5 gradually add cooled gelatin mixture, sugar, and creme de cacao, mixing until well blended.
  • 6 refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  • 7 garnish with additional whipped cream and shaved or grated chocolate.
