Cream Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut in cubes and softened
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan combine broth and shallots.
  • 2 bring to a boil; reduce heat.
