Broccoli And Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
- 1 head cauliflower, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
- 1 quart fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped (omit stems)
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 12 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 prepare vegetables; mix together and refrigerate.
- 2 mix indgredients for dressing together and refrigerate.
- 3 put dressing on vegetables about 1 hours prior to serving. keep in fridge.
