Braised Beef Short Ribs-- Over Pasta

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can beef broth
  • 2 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 5 cups eggnoodle pasta

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour and seasonings.
  • 2 coat short ribs in flour and seasonings.
  • 3 heat medium size skillet over high heat.
  • 4 add oil to heated pan.
  • 5 brown meat in the oil~ look for a golden brown color.
  • 6 remove meat from skillet.
  • 7 add beef broth to the pan you browned the meat inches.
  • 8 add tomato sauce to the skillet.
  • 9 re-add meat to the skillet.
  • 10 cover and cook for 1 hour.
  • 11 *cook pasta while meat is cooking
  • 12 when meat and sauce is done, serve meat over pasta.
