Braised Beef Short Ribs-- Over Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5 cups eggnoodle pasta
Recipe
- 1 mix flour and seasonings.
- 2 coat short ribs in flour and seasonings.
- 3 heat medium size skillet over high heat.
- 4 add oil to heated pan.
- 5 brown meat in the oil~ look for a golden brown color.
- 6 remove meat from skillet.
- 7 add beef broth to the pan you browned the meat inches.
- 8 add tomato sauce to the skillet.
- 9 re-add meat to the skillet.
- 10 cover and cook for 1 hour.
- 11 *cook pasta while meat is cooking
- 12 when meat and sauce is done, serve meat over pasta.
