Braised Beef Liver And Onions

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • flour
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb beef liver, sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup water, hot

Recipe

  • 1 dredge sliced liver in seasoned flour.
  • 2 brown liver on both sides in oiled skillet over medium high heat.
  • 3 place onions on top of liver in skillet.
  • 4 dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water, pour on top of liver and onions.
  • 5 cover and simmer on low until onions are tender and broth forms a thin gravy.
