Braised Carrots And Beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb stewing beef
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag carrots, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 dredge meat with flour and a little salt.
