Broccoli And Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish.
- 2 mix the bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
- 4 tips: rice is nice: add 2 cups cooked white rice to the broccoli mixture.
- 5 cheese change-up: use mozzarella cheese for cheddar.
