Broccoli And Cheese Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish.
  • 2 mix the bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
  • 4 tips: rice is nice: add 2 cups cooked white rice to the broccoli mixture.
  • 5 cheese change-up: use mozzarella cheese for cheddar.
