Broccoli And Artichoke Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 20 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup round buttery cracker crumb

Recipe

  • 1 grease 1 1/2 casserole dish. place artichoke hearts in bottom, quartered and drained. combine butter, cream cheese and lemon juice, ½ tsp ea worchestershire and garlic powder. add broccoli that’s been cooked and drained. pour mixture over artichokes. top with crumbs. bake uncovered 25 minutes 350 degree oven.
