Ingredients

- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2/3 cup ketchup (i prefer heinz)
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 (16 ounce) package polish sausage, dogs
- onion (sliced or diced)
- relish
- hot dog bun
Recipe
- 1 stir together first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over low heat;
- 2 add sausage.
- 3 cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- 4 serve on buns with onions or relish, if desired.
