Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup bourbon
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar over low heat until all butter is melted.
- 2 remove from heat and blend in yolks.
- 3 pour in bourbon gradually, stirring constantly.
- 4 sauce will thicken as it cools.
- 5 serve warm over your favorite bread pudding recipe.
