Bourbon Sauce

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup bourbon

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugar over low heat until all butter is melted.
  • 2 remove from heat and blend in yolks.
  • 3 pour in bourbon gradually, stirring constantly.
  • 4 sauce will thicken as it cools.
  • 5 serve warm over your favorite bread pudding recipe.
