Bourbon Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • cracked black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 add bourbon to hot pan used for cooking lamb. boil for one minute. add remaining ingredients, reduce heat, simmer to desired nappe.
