Bones

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 beef bones, ribs
  • garlic salt
  • seasoning salt (lots of both)
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • breadcrumbs (fine)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 generously sprinkle bones with garlic salt and seasoned pepper.
  • 3 make a paste of the dry mustard and cream.
  • 4 brush each rib with the paste and sprinkle each with fine bread crumbs.
  • 5 place ribs on broiler pan and broil 3 minutes per side, brushing with melted butter while turning, 10 to 12 minutes in total or until well browned and crispy.
  • 6 serve with baked potatoes and vegetables.
