Ingredients

- 12 beef bones, ribs
- garlic salt
- seasoning salt (lots of both)
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons cream
- breadcrumbs (fine)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler.
- 2 generously sprinkle bones with garlic salt and seasoned pepper.
- 3 make a paste of the dry mustard and cream.
- 4 brush each rib with the paste and sprinkle each with fine bread crumbs.
- 5 place ribs on broiler pan and broil 3 minutes per side, brushing with melted butter while turning, 10 to 12 minutes in total or until well browned and crispy.
- 6 serve with baked potatoes and vegetables.
