Bread Coated Lamb Chops With Chutney

Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons chutney (mango is nice)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 lamb loin chops
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450°f.
- 2 combine bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper on a plate.
- 3 combine chutney and lemon juice, spread completely over each chop.
- 4 coat each chop with the bread crumb mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
- 5 bake about 20-25 minutes or until done.
