Bread Coated Lamb Chops With Chutney

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chutney (mango is nice)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 lamb loin chops

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450°f.
  • 2 combine bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper on a plate.
  • 3 combine chutney and lemon juice, spread completely over each chop.
  • 4 coat each chop with the bread crumb mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • 5 bake about 20-25 minutes or until done.
