- 5 lbs sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup real butter
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 orange, zest of
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f, pierce potatoes and bake until soft, about and hour. let cool 15 minutes.
- 2 halve potatoes and scoop pulp into large bowl. partially smash, then add remaining ingredients and smash well.
