Bourbon Raisin Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup jack daniel's sour mash whiskey
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 2 1/4 cups water
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
• 2 over medium heat whisk until butter melts and sauce thickens about 5 minutes.
