Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) jiffy corn muffin mix
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs and add margarine. add other ingredients.
- 2 pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
