Broccoli Cornbread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs and add margarine. add other ingredients.
  • 2 pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
