steph's summer salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 4 ears fresh corn kernels
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 hot yellow banana pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • in a large bowl, mix together corn kernels, tomatoes, hot yellow banana pepper, garlic, green bell pepper, basil, sage, thyme, lemon juice and olive oil. cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
