Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed, and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 (8 ounce) envelope chili seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- 2 in a large skillet, cook beef, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
- 3 drain spaghetti, and add to meat mixture.
- 4 stir in the beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, water, chili seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
- 5 cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6 sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.
