- 2 lbs asparagus, trimmed
- 8 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 cook asparagus in a large skillet of boiling, salted water until just crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
- 2 drain; rinse with cold water and drain well.
