Ingredients

- 2 -4 cups frozen hash browns
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 -4 slice american cheese
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small yellow onion
- sliced mushrooms
- 1 small tomato
- 4 eggs
- feta cheese
- hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 fry hasbrowns with oil until golden brown and crispy.
- 2 while they are cooking, chop bell pepper, yellow onion and mushrooms and cook on med heat with some oil.
- 3 once hasbrowns are done place on a plate and place 2-4 slices of cheese on top.
- 4 place one egg, cooked to your choice, over easy is best, per slice of cheese.
- 5 top with cooked veggies.
- 6 top veggies with crumbled feta.
- 7 top that with tomatoes.
- 8 serve with favorite hot sauce.
