Breakfast "pile"

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • servings: 2
  • 2 -4 cups frozen hash browns
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 -4 slice american cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small tomato
  • 4 eggs
  • feta cheese
  • hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 fry hasbrowns with oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • 2 while they are cooking, chop bell pepper, yellow onion and mushrooms and cook on med heat with some oil.
  • 3 once hasbrowns are done place on a plate and place 2-4 slices of cheese on top.
  • 4 place one egg, cooked to your choice, over easy is best, per slice of cheese.
  • 5 top with cooked veggies.
  • 6 top veggies with crumbled feta.
  • 7 top that with tomatoes.
  • 8 serve with favorite hot sauce.
