Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 ounces coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 blend the egg whites and sugar on high for 15 seconds.
- 3 add the vanilla and coconut, and blend on high for 15 seconds.
- 4 drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment covered cooky sheet.
- 5 bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 6 let them cool for a minute before removing.
