- 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (16 ounce) jars picante sauce
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 -2 teaspoon ground cumin
- shredded monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, combine beans, picante sauce, chicken and cumin.
- 2 bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3 sprinkle individual servings with cheese.
