Ingredients

- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cans smoked oysters
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon sultana
- 1 tablespoon spring onion
Recipe
- 1 combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, curry powder, shake together and season to taste.
- 2 pour the dressing over the hot rice toss thoroughly and let cool.
