Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons 2% cheddar cheese
1 slice turkey bacon, cooked
1 dash pepper
Recipe
1 mix all ingredients in bowl, pur into muffin pan and bake at 350, 20 - 25 minutes, or until done.
