Breakfast "quiche"

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons 2% cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice turkey bacon, cooked
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in bowl, pur into muffin pan and bake at 350, 20 - 25 minutes, or until done.
