Breakfast Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, crust removed, 1 inch cubes
- 4 ounces diced ham or 4 ounces cooked & drained sausage
- 4 ounces swiss cheese
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- drained canned mushroom
- cooked diced broccoli
- bell pepper
Recipe
- 1 place 1/2 of the bread cubes in a greased 9" square pan. over the bread cubes, layer half of the meat and 1/2 of each cheese. repeat all layers ending with cheese. beat the remainng ingredients and pour over the pan. cover loosely and refrigerate overnight.
- 2 to freeze: cover loosely and place in a gallon ziploc freezer bag. label & seal.
- 3 if thawed, bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. if frozen, bake at 300 for 25 minutes, then 350 for 35 minutes.
