Carrots And Celery Tarragon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1-inch thick
  • 3 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • 2 add all remaining ingredients.
  • 3 reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook (stirring occassionally) for about 20 minutes or until veggies are to your desired tenderness.
