Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1-inch thick
- 3 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- 2 add all remaining ingredients.
- 3 reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook (stirring occassionally) for about 20 minutes or until veggies are to your desired tenderness.
